PAINTING STEP-BY-STEP

This course will focus on a different art concept each week allowing students to develop and build on existing skills. Students will do guided exercises with the instructor, with the goal of completing a small painting each week. The teacher will provide step by step instruction given still life prompts or photographic references.
Open to Oil, Acrylic, and Water-based Oil Painters.
Appropriate for beginners and those wanting to brush up on their oil painting skills.

CHERYL YELLOWHAWK
Cheryl is an accomplished artist in all mediums. She has exhibited extensively and has received many awards for her artwork. Living both in New Mexico and Florida has influenced her artwork. She has degrees from the University of New Mexico and Institute of American Indian Art.
