Learn the basics of watercolor!
This step-by-step class will teach you how to start at the very beginning of watercolor.
You will learn how to mix color, how to adjust value and create light. Color Theory, Composition, Application Methods, and Basic Studio Supplies needed will all be covered in a supportive environment that will encourage you to work at a comfortable pace. We will touch on many subjects during this course including terms that define the watercolorist in the community.
The Instructor will provide the subject matter and all students will work on the same painting.
Class will consist of demonstration followed by time allowed for the student to practice in class.
Most classes will complete one painting per session.

Students will want to have at least 2 sheets of Arches Paper to start. This will make 8 paintings! All supplies listed can be purchased on-line at the following locations: Cheap Joe's, Jerry's Artarama, Blick Art Supplies, Amazon.
