Join us on a captivating journey through a curated collection of beautifully adorned homes, each transformed into a festive wonderland. Our Holiday Tour of Homes promises to be an unforgettable experience filled with joy, inspiration, and the heartwarming glow of holiday cheer.
Tour attendees check in at the Beach Art Center and receive their Tour Book for entry into the homes. Check-in for the Tour is from 12:30pm-3:00pm at the Beach Art Center for regular ticket holders, and 12:00-12:30pm for VIP ticket holders. The Home Tour closes at 6:00pm.
Come early! You can start your day with a festive reception at the Beach Art Center where you'll enjoy refreshments, gift basket raffles, and a Florida Lotto Tree Raffle with $150 worth of scratch-off tickets - all while shopping for holiday gifts and cards made by local artists! The Beach Art Center's Tour Reception begins at 11:30am and we'll be open for shopping until 3:00pm.

Self Guided Holiday Home Tour
Tickets: $30
Check-in at the Beach Art Center between 12:30pm-3:00pm where you will pick up your tour book including a map of the area and a description of each home. Come early for a reception which begins at 11:30 inside the art center! You are then invited to head off on your own to explore our beautifully decorated homes at your own pace!
VIP Experience Holiday Home Tour
Tickets: $100
This is an experience tailor-made for those who appreciate a little luxury, where comfort and holiday spirit come together in perfect harmony.
You will have a separate expedited check-in where you will be greeted with a warm mug of Hot Cocoa and the delightful sound of seasonal melodies, setting the mood for an extraordinary afternoon ahead. Must check in between 12:00-12:30pm at the Kolb Park Gazebo (in front of the Beach Art Center).
You will then board our VIP holiday-themed trolley, a masterpiece of festive décor and elegance. Decked out with onboard refreshments, and an array of holiday decorations, you will visit the homes in style. During the excursion, we will stop at the Church of the Isles for a late lunch catered by one of IRB’s great restaurants.
