Mandalas are circles contained within a square and arranged into sections that are all organized around a single, central point. Mandalas hold symbolic and meditative meaning beyond their vibrant appearance. Students will learn how to begin creating and expanding the mandala with the dots technic making their own and unique design with mandala tools and toothpicks to create different kind of dots.
These techniques apply to any surface, in this full day workshop we will make an intricate Mandala on a large 16"x20" canvas! This is a great workshop for beginners and for students wanting to learn more advanced mandala patterns.
Supplies are included. Please bring a snack/lunch and something to drink.
