Register for ClassNew Booking System - Acuity Scheduling

Back in May, we introduced a new booking system.  Our Zoom folks have been using it and so far, so good.  The new system is called Acuity Scheduling.  We believe this system is more streamlined for our students, provides some nice tools for our teachers and removes some of the administrative steps for Irene.

If you were a user of our old system, your email and password information will not automatically transfer automatically to this new system.   The first time you book with Acuity Scheduling, you will need to enter your email & phone number.

Discount Code:  When booking a class that qualifies for a member discount, the code is "member".  Enter this code under "Redeem Coupon".

Setting up an account and password are optional but there are some advantages.  If you set up an account with a password, you will have the option to save your credit card details so you can easily book in the future without entering that number each time.  (a feature many of you requested).  If you set up an account with a password you can check your class schedule to recall what you registered for and you can make changes if you’d like to move to a different session of the same class.

If you need to cancel a class, please contact the Administrative office by email at beachartcenter@gmail.com or call the Administrative office at (727) 596-4331. You may leave a message after hours.

To get to the registration site, click “Register for Courses” in the upper right of  our website, www.beachartcenter.org and you’ll be taken to the new booking site, or click the button above.  Email any questions or concerns, to beachartcenter@gmail.com or call the Administrative office at (727) 596-4331.

Advance Registration is Necessary

To help maintain social distancing, advance registration will be necessary, please register online.  If online registration is not possible for you or you are having any difficulties, please email or call the Administrative office and we will assist you or make other arrangements.  We need to keep you and Irene safe and must avoid what can sometimes be a “crush” of people coming into class all at once without previously registering.

We don’t like keeping our distance, but we all must and registering in advance will help.  To make this even more convenient for you, you can register for multiple sessions at once.  You can make changes to these dates on your own if your schedule changes down the road.

Any questions or concerns, you can reach us at beachartcenter@gmail.com or call (727) 596-4331.  Voicemails can be left outside of office hours.Register for an Account after booking on Acuity

Once you have completed your registration, Click "Register for an Account".
