Operational Process Changes
The Beach Art Center has implemented some changes to our Operations processes due to Covid-19.
Class capacity will be limited to 14 students (maximum) in each gallery. This means that your class may be fully booked ahead of time, so please register early.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a class*, please do so as soon as possible so that another student might be able to take your spot. With limited capacity, it’s not fair to other students or our teachers to leave space unnecessarily empty.
Advance Registration is Required
Advance Registration Required prior to attending any class. This can be accomplished 3 ways;
Register online OR
Contact our Administrative Office by phone ((727) 596-4331) or email and we will assist you in signing up. After-hours calls will be recorded and responded to the next business day OR
If you are paying by cash or check, please email or call our Administrative Office in advance to register and discuss a time to drop off your payment.
Entry and Exit
Please enter and exit your class via the doors closest to your class. If you are unaware which room or gallery will be used for your class, please enter through the front (Gift Shop) door and you will be directed to your class.
Anyone who arrives and has not registered for class in advance will need to wait outside the front door until Irene is able to register them. Depending when they arrive, this wait could extend beyond the start time of the class. If the class is full, obviously they will not be able to attend.
For the safety of our Administrative staff and for other students, we cannot have individuals clustering around the office waiting to register.
You Can Reschedule Your Class Online
Please note that you can reschedule your class online. Follow the link in your confirmation email and select an alternative date in the event you need to reschedule. If you need to cancel your class, please email (or call) the Administrative office and we will cancel the class and process a refund for you. When possible, please do reschedule or notify us of your cancelation at the earliest possible time.
Thank you for your flexibility and cooperation. We will all need to work together if we are to meet up safely.
