Booking System update

In November, we introduced a new booking system for our classes. The transition to this new system has been more difficult than anticipated and we appreciate your patience. We realize that some of students are not comfortable booking online and Irene is available to assist with these bookings. If you do need Irene to assist with your booking, please come in at least 15-30 minutes before class begins. A rush of those needing Irene to do their booking as your class is beginning or after class begins is difficult. When booking in person, consider booking multiple classes at once to save time in the future. If you are comfortable using the online system, please book prior to coming to class, this is the biggest way you can help. If you aren’t sure if you registered for a class, go to the registration area on the website and click on “My Bookings” at the top of the screen. We continue to work with our vendor to make some changes to the system that we hope will result in smoother booking experience for students and less administrative work after the booking takes place. We appreciate your patience with these changes.
