Sacred Sound Bath with Lorelle includes guided breath work (pranayama), gentle relaxation of body (squeeze and expand certain muscle groups), and sacred sound meditation. Instruments used: crystal bowls, Tibetan metal bowls, shamanic shakers, koshis, hand drum, and vocals.

Yoga mat or blanket, pillow (optional) and water.
