Create a one of a kind driftwood wind spinner from Lake Erie driftwood. Embellish with beads, shells or where your imagination takes you. Some beads and shells will be provided. Feel free to bring along your own if you wish.

Patty Sachse
In 2020 I retired “officially” after 33 years in public education. Art, education and a love of learning have always played crucial roles in my life. I continue sharing my love of art and creativity in community programs such as: Art Rocks the Park, Scouts, Creative Arts at the Erie County Fair, and providing instructional classes for all ages in my community. Although I love creating in nearly all mediums, my favorite resources are natural and recycled materials. Rather than filling landfills, I collect and create from bottles, caps, driftwood, broken china, shells, pebbles, branches, old furniture, pallets and even old bowling balls.
