Alayssia discovered yoga over a decade ago while balancing college and work, and it quickly became her anchor through life’s transitions— from cross-country moves to new beginnings in Florida.

She earned her 200-hour certification with High Vibrations Living in St. Petersburg, sparking a deep passion to teach and share yoga’s transformative effects.

Inspired by the beauty of Florida’s Gulf beaches, Alayssia founded Radiate Yoga in 2022—an inclusive, nature-based yoga community for all experience levels. Her classes invite you to connect with your breath, body, and the elements in the great outdoors.
