OUR NEW REGISTRATION SYSTEM
Introducing "Acuity" - we think you'll find it easy to use.
In May 2020, the Beach Art Center migrated away from our old booking system "Simply Book" and began using a new system for registering for courses, called Acuity. We think it is a much simpler platform that provides a better experience for the students, teachers, and administrators at BAC.
If you were a user of our old system, your email and password information will not automatically transfer to this new system. The first time you book a course or purchase a membership, you will need to enter your email & phone number.
Once you set up an account, using a password - this information will be saved. You can register without a password, but your contact details will not be saved and will need to be entered each time – it’s your option.
Unlike our old booking system, with our new system, if you set up an account with a password, you will have the option to save your credit card details so you can easily register in the future without entering that number each time (a feature many of you requested).
The "home" page of the registration system is a simple list of the course Categories we offer. Click on the Category you are interested in, and you will see a list of all the current offerings. Click on the class you would like and choose a class date. Follow the prompts to register and pay.
It is important to note, if you need to CANCEL your class or workshop, you should contact us at info@beachartcenter.org or at (727) 596-4331 so that we can process your request.
