Summer camp proposal

Camp 2024 Deadlines:

Camp Proposals must be submitted by Monday, February 12th.

Camp Projects should be completed and delivered to BAC for photographing by Feb 12th.

Thank you for your interest in being a part of our wonderful Summer Camp program at the Beach Art Center.  â€‹The information you provide in this form will be used in our scheduling system, website, social media, and printed materials.

Before you begin, read through the Proposal Form and make sure you have all the information regarding your course, including a Course Description that will appeal to parents. 

​

*Once you start entering data in the form - you must finish it, or the info will be lost. When all the information has been completed click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page.*

There are important next steps that must be taken after you complete the Camp Proposal Form.  Including the completion of a camp project for photographing.  See deadlines above.

Once your proposal is approved and entered in our booking system and on our website, we will email you a copy for your records with a link to your course listing on our website. 

​

GRADE LEVEL - This year each Camp Session will either be 1st-6th Grade or 3rd-8th Grade. Let us know which age group you prefer for this particular Camp. Your request will be considered, but is not guaranteed.

After you Submit your Camp Proposal...

Important Next Steps:

​

1.  Create a SAMPLE PROJECT that can be photographed for promotional/marketing purposes for your Camp week.  This should be the main project the students work on during your camp week.  Bring your finished project to the Beach Art Center the week of March 6th or earlier so that it can be photographed. 

​

2.  Please contact our Office Manager, Irene Zafferes for Orientation and to complete the necessary paperwork to be compensated.  Our office number is 727-596-4331 or email: info@beachartcenter.org.

3.  Follow us on Facebook so we can more easily connect with you (click button below to get to our page).

The Beach Art Center uses Facebook and Instagram to promote our programs.  As an Artist we encourage you to help promote your Course by posting about it on your social media platforms.  Be sure to tag the Beach Art Center.
