ZOOMING AHEAD
Live Online Art Courses through ZOOM bring our Instructors to You!
The Beach Art Center is proud to offer online art courses so you can connect and learn from wherever you are. ZOOM allows us to offer some of our classes online so students who are unable to attend onsite can continue to learn and connect with other students from their computer, iPad, or smartphone.
ZOOMING IS EASY!
Simply register for your course as usual. If the course is offered as "ONLINE" or "HYBRID" (meaning you can take it onsite or online) - you will receive an email confirmation with a ZOOM meeting link. You do not need a Zoom account, but it is best to download the Zoom app BEFORE your session (click the button below).
About ten minutes before your course start time, click on the link you received in the email, and you will be taken directly to the live class. The instructor will let you into the session and help you with any video and audio controls or troubles. If you would like to speak to the instructor, you can use the microphone on your computer and through the Chat feature on Zoom (if enabled).
