NOTE: This is not a flea market. Art with repurposed materials is allowed; used items are not.
Application fee is non-refundable.
Selected vendors will be notified no later than October 30 and provided with payment instructions.
Promotion
This event will be promoted on our website, social media, email newsletter, flyers, and a banner in front of the building. We also encourage you to help us get the word out through your social media sites.
We anticipate a strong response, so we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible.
Vendor Guidelines
All vendors must be from within 40-mile radius of Indian Rocks Beach.
We encourage high quality unique merchandise. Vendors will be selected based on merchandise quality, uniqueness, craftsmanship, and alignment with the market’s theme.
If a vendor’s offerings are too similar to those of other vendors, we reserve the right to exclude to assure diversity of offerings.
The following are examples of items that are acceptable to sell:

Artist’s Original Artwork

Items created from Artist’s Original Artwork (prints, cards, giclee, etc.)

Books created by the Artist

Handmade jewelry, pottery, textiles, photography, glass art, custom cutting boards, potted plants and planters, soaps and candles, ornaments and other artisan wares.

Artisanal foods (limited spaces available)
Vendors will manage their own sales. No percentage will be taken by the BAC.
Details
Indoor: Inside Vendor will be provided a 6’ table and 2 chairs. Display racks must fit on or behind your table. BAC reserves the right to have vendor move display equipment for safety. No electric access.
Outdoor: Outdoor spaces limited (you must request below). You must have your own tent (no larger than 10’x10’) with weights, provide your own table and setup. There is no electric access. Outdoor space is rain or shine!
*Must bring your own fabric tablecloths.

Set-up of tables must be completed by 8:30 am on December 6.
All vendors must stay until 4 pm – no early breakdown please.
Breakdown: All vendors must be completed with clean-up and removal of all unsold merchandise by 6:00 pm on December 6.
