Great for beginners or anyone looking for a foundational refresher, this class introduces the essential posture, movements, and techniques of belly dance in a supportive and engaging environment. Students will explore a variety of belly dance styles and props while developing the skills needed to apply movement technique into dance combinations and choreography. Some hip scarves will be available for class use.

Students must wear socks or soft-soled shoes.
