10:30 AM - 1:30 PM

In this hands-on workshop, students will transform a vinyl record into a bold eye catching work of art using acrylic paint. Led by Largo artist Savannah “Dictator Sveta” Brandenburg, participants will learn how to prep and paint on vinyl, build smooth color bends, and add graphic details inspired by pop art, psychedelia, and contemporary illustration. Step-by- step demonstrations and reference options will guide you from concept to a finished, display-ready piece. Perfect for all skill levels—come ready to experiment, play with color, and leave with a one-of-a-kind painted record.

All levels, age 10+ (under 18 must have parental supervision. If the parent wishes to participate, they must also register)

Savannah Brandenburg

Savannah Brandenburg, known artistically as Dictator Sveta, is a Florida-based mixed media artist whose work blends psychedelic fantasy, mythic feminine storytelling, and pop-surreal color into bold, expressive pieces. Working across acrylic, oil pastel, watercolor, digital, pen and ink, and upcycled vinyl records, her art explores dreamlike figures, cosmic botanicals, and surreal pinup-inspired forms rooted in both nature and imagination. Savannah has exhibited in galleries, festivals, and publications, and brings that real-world experience into her teaching with an encouraging, accessible approach that helps students of all levels feel confident experimenting with color, texture, and personal symbolism.
