What happens next​

Deadline: Sponsor by October 31, 2026, to be included in the Art Walk Booklet and on event signage.​

Your booklet ad: Booklet ads are designed by you. Send a print-ready ad (300 dpi, 4-color PDF, JPG or PNG) sized for your level:

  • Picasso, O’Keeffe: full page, 4½" × 7½"

  • Monet: half page, 2⅛" × 7½" or 4½" × 3⅝"

  • Warhol: quarter page, 2⅛" × 3⅝"

Email it to events@beachartcenter.org with the subject line “Advertisement – [your business name].” Artwork is due October 31, 2026.

Emerging Artist: no ad needed. Your business is included in a shared sponsor display.​​

Thank you for sponsoring Brushes on the Beach on Saturday, December 5, 2026! Fill in your business details, choose your sponsorship level and upload your logo. If you pay online, you'll go to our secure Square payment page after you submit, where you'll select the same level and pay. If you'd rather pay by check, choose that option and simply submit the form.

Your event flyer (Picasso and O'Keeffe)

We design and print a flyer for you to display at your business. O'Keeffe flyers feature your logo; Picasso flyers also include a short description of your business.

A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background (at least 1500 pixels wide) or a vector PDF works best. You can add up to 3 files, such as a color and a white version.
